ORDERS
Orders can be placed online on our website via the shopping cart. You can add as many products as you wish and when you are ready to complete your order it will be sent to us.
Once we receive and confirm your order it will need to be paid. Retail orders can be paid for by credit, debit and prepaid cards or by bank deposit. Wholesale orders can be paid for by credit, debit and prepaid cards or by bank deposit. In the event of any difference between the charge amount and the final invoice the difference will be refunded to the customer’s credit, debit or prepaid card or debited/credited to the customer’s account or offset against their next purchase.
The order will be sent by courier or transport company that you indicate to us. The charge of the courier and the transport company is borne by the customer.
REFUNDS
i ) Purchase withdrawal
Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. without having been unsealed or tampered with/damaged and of course they have not been installed or used and must be accompanied by the delivery note or cash register receipt or purchase invoice. The right to change/return concerns the entire purchased product and cannot be exercised on a part of the product only (eg on product accessories). The product must be returned within (14) calendar days from the stated date of purchase to our registered office “MARAGKAKIS DRAKOS MICHAIL » and be accompanied by the cash register receipt or the purchase invoice.
According to the law, “goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or for reasons of hygiene” are excluded from the right of return .
If the period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the listed date of purchase has passed, the company ” MARAGKAKIS DRAKOS MICHAEL ” has the right not to accept the return and therefore to refuse the replacement.
The amount that will be credited to your cart after returning the product will be proportional to the price you were charged when you purchased the product but will not include shipping costs, if any.
The costs of transporting the product for its return to our headquarters are borne by the customer .
ii ) Return of defective product

The rights of the consumer are protected by the relevant provisions of Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection (Government Gazette A 191/1611 1994) as it applies today.
